The University of Eastern Piedmont (UPO), within the framework of the Speak4Nature project, is pleased to announce the seminar “Ecological Justice and Socio-Environmental Conflicts: Comparative and Interdisciplinary Perspectives”, which will take place in Alessandria on 2 October 2025 at Palazzo Borsalino.

The event will address macro-comparative issues, with particular focus on experiences from Argentina and Brazil. Visiting scholars from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL) and the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) will engage in dialogue with the academic community and the public on the complex connections between ecological justice and socio-environmental conflicts.
