He is currently “Ramón y Cajal” researcher. He has a Ph.D. in Legal Philosophy (2011), a Master in Human Rights (2007) and a High Degree in Humanities (2005). He has taught Legal Theory, Philosophy of Law, Political Philosophy, and Human Rights at Carlos III University of Madrid, Autonomous University of Chile, and Autonomous University of Madrid. His fields of specialization are: Legal positivism, History and theory of rights, History of legal ideas, Critical legal theories, Commons theories.
